Justin Sloan is the Chief Operating Officer at Human Capital Education, providing leadership and integration for Marketing, Student Services, Product, and compliance operations. With over a 20 year track record in higher education, he is dedicated to improving institutional experiences and helping students reach their full potential. A lifelong learner, he holds multiple degrees and certifications, is pursuing an EdD in higher education, and previously earned a Master’s in Science Education and a graduate certification in Innovative Higher Education Leadership. His passion for education shines through his alignment with the company’s core values of trust and transparency. Outside of work and his studies, Justin enjoys cycling, skiing, and trail running in the mountains. His greatest joy remains time with his wife and two children—whether traveling across the country or relaxing at home in Denver.
