Ben Kennedy is a higher education strategist specializing in academic portfolio design, online strategy development, and data-driven financial modeling for universities. He works closely with institutional leaders to strengthen enrollment and marketing strategy, conduct rigorous market research, and build sustainable budgeting and revenue-sharing models that support long-term growth.
Ben brings experience across governance, consulting, and advisory roles. He has served as a Trustee at Duke University, Strategic Advisor to the University of South Carolina, and Advisor to the ReveLAtion Group, a Louisiana-based nonprofit focused on economic development. Previously, he was a Director in Huron Education’s Student Enrollment and Retention Services practice and began his career as a consultant at Bain & Company.
Ben earned both his A.B. in Public Policy and his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Outside of work, he is an active cyclist and fundraiser for Bike MS, speaks French, and enjoys cooking Cajun cuisine. He and his wife stay busy with their three children, Sam, Evie, and Miles.
