Chloé McNeill is the Vice President of Student Services at Human Capital Education, leading the Enrollment and Student Success organization – supporting learners from initial enrollment through graduation. She’s worked 15+ years in higher education, transitioning from traditional on‑campus roles to spend the last 10+ years focused on online education. As a first generation college student raised in a small rural community, she passionately believes in expanding access via online learning and has earned a Master’s in Management and Organizational Behavior. She enjoys live music, travel, camping, and taking in Colorado’s breathtaking views with her husband and dog.
