Lauren Arimoto is the VP of Technology Consulting at Human Capital Education, where she leads the firm’s Salesforce technology consulting strategy and oversees a centralized Program Management Office supporting Salesforce, Slate, and EPaaS/Insights implementation portfolios. She focuses on driving scalable delivery operations, aligning consulting practices with organizational strategy, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients.
Lauren brings deep experience leading technology consulting initiatives and complex programs across the higher education landscape. She began her career recruiting for a business school admissions office, an experience that shaped her commitment to mission-driven work in education. Prior to joining Human Capital Education, she spent more than ten years at Kennedy & Company, playing a foundational role in building and growing the firm, strengthening consulting capabilities, and delivering meaningful client results.
Lauren lives in Philadelphia with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active outdoors, and traveling — especially opportunities that allow her and her family to explore new places and experiences together.
