Melinda Sward is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Human Capital Education, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. She researches, develops, and executes company policies and procedures that shape organizational culture. Holding a Master’s in Counseling and years of HR experience, she helped the team double in size during the COVID 19 pandemic and continues to attract and retain top talent. A Colorado native living near Sloan’s Lake in Denver, Melinda loves traveling, wine tasting, and cheering for the Denver Broncos.
