Heli Frazier is the Senior Vice President of Partner Marketing at Human Capital Education, leading strategic marketing planning and go to market strategies to drive growth for partner universities. With 20 years of experience in higher education, she has held leadership roles at INTO University Partnerships and Laureate International Universities. Most recently she oversaw international marketing for 17 partner universities and an academic portfolio of over 5,000 programs. She believes deeply in the transformative power of education and has volunteered as a tutor for School on Wheels, helping children experiencing homelessness reach their learning goals. Away from work, Heli enjoys Pilates, travel, and the outdoors. Originally from Finland, she now resides in Los Angeles, CA with her family.
