Kelly Modert is the Chief Financial Officer at Human Capital Education, where she provides strategic financial leadership to support the organization’s long-term growth, operational excellence, and mission-driven work with higher education partners. She brings an enterprise-wide perspective to financial strategy, working closely with executive leadership and department leaders to ensure alignment between financial planning and organizational priorities.
Kelly has led finance teams through periods of rapid growth, international expansion, acquisitions, and equity raises. Her experience includes building scalable financial infrastructures that enable data-informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
A Colorado native, Kelly lives in Highlands Ranch with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, attending sporting events, and taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle.
